TRANSITEC has developed its own application, TICPARC, for processing and modelling parking demand. This application is based on a detailed needs analysis, and includes tools, web access, and precise representations.

It is a particularly effective tool for organising the information municipalities need, such as:

• data relating to changes in occupation level, parking space rotation rate, user typology and their respective consumption of the parking offer, illegal parking, failure to pay, etc.
• the qualification and quantification of issues encountered, and identification of their causes
• an estimation of global rates of change in the number or management of parking spaces (measured and monetised approach).
