The 130 members of the Transitec team from Lausanne, Bern, Geneva, Lyon, Paris, Toulouse, Marseille, Lisbon, Rabat and Kigali travelled between the lakes of Thun and Brienz.
This seminar was an opportunity to exchange information on the company's activities and to reflect on its future through meetings and participatory workshops (with the help of an improvisation theatre group), so that everyone could make their contribution to the running and future of Transitec in an atmosphere that encouraged creativity.
On the occasion of the company's 70th anniversary, the former directors of the company were invited. Philippe Glayre, Philippe Blanc, Francis Caucheteux, Martin Stucki and also Jean-Marc Dupasquier (still with Transitec today) had the opportunity to reiterate the company's values: independence, creativity, sharing, high standards and commitment.
The seminar reflected these values! For two days, Transitec employees took part in fun and sporty activities (in the rain) but in a magnificent setting (visit to a chocolate museum, accrobranche, cycling, kayaking, etc.).
We can't wait until 2025 to relive these moments that help to preserve what makes Transitec what it is!
