Svenne Jugnet

Svenne Jugnet is a civil engineer and urban planner specializing in mobility for 16 years. She worked at Transitec Ingénieurs-Conseils before joining the Metropolis of Lyon in 2012 as a project manager at the Transport Department. As the "Grand Est" referent, she implemented the transport policy on the east and south-east territories of the Metropolis of Lyon and worked on major road infrastructure. She also developed skills in managing complex files, maintaining partnerships, and leading strategic studies. In 2019, she returned to the teams of Transitec Lyon as a project manager.
