
Margarida Neta

Margarida Neta is an urban mobility expert with over 20 years of experience in urban travel planning at the international level. She has notably participated in the elaboration of the PDU of the city of Almada in Portugal and has worked on issues of parking policy, traffic regulation and integration of active modes in public policies. She also has a long experience in the elaboration of standards and technical manuals in the field of urban travel management. She is currently responsible for the "Urban Transport" component of the EuroMed "Road, Rail and Urban Transport" Project.
